Opening Reception & Dinner

Hospitality is an essential Christian virtue, it is in the breaking of bread that we are able to truly know one another. The USCCA brings together voices from the United States and China, in the desire of friendship. We will be gathering on Friday evening to celebrate the opening of the conference and to engage in fellowship.

Reception Sponsor: $2,500
Texas BBQ - Opening Dinner Sponsor: $5,000

Your gift not only covers the cost of our the receptions and/or dinner, it guarantees it to be a memorable evening. We welcome your giving the opening toast, and to take a moment to share your heartfelt appreciation of this mission.

The Venerable Matteo Ricci Award and Banquet

Ricci Award Sponsor: $2,500
Saturday Banquet Tables: $1,500

The Venerable Matteo Ricci Award and Banquet honors a legacy of encounter, scholarship, and profound respect embodied by Matteo Ricci, SJ, whose life and work shaped enduring relationships between the Church and the people of China. Through his deep commitment to learning the language, culture, and intellectual traditions of China, Ricci modeled an approach rooted in humility, friendship, and mutual understanding rather than imposition. The banquet and award bearing his name celebrate those who continue this tradition of dialogue and bridge-building, recognizing their contributions which reflect Ricci’s conviction that genuine engagement begins with listening, shared learning, and reverence for the dignity and wisdom of the Chinese people.

Conference Advertising

Organizations may support the conference while gaining meaningful visibility among scholars, clergy, students, and practitioners engaged in the life and work of the US-China Catholic Association. Conference program advertising offers a way to align your name with thoughtful dialogue and sustained engagement. It allows you to reach attendees who value academic rigor, cultural understanding, and long-term relationship-building, while demonstrating public support for the mission and work which brings this international community together.
