Registration and Logistics
The US-China Catholic Association invites clergy, scholars, students, and lay leaders to gather for reflection, dialogue, and friendship as we explore faith, trust, and mission within the Chinese Catholic experience.
​
The 30th International Conference will take place at the University of St. Thomas (UST) in Houston, TX, on July 31–August 2, 2026. The Conference Theme is "Nourishing Trust and Friendship: Following the Way of Christ."

All conference attendees and participants register via the registration form. The pricing structure is as follows:

Regular participants:
Early bird (open until June 15, 2026): $200
Regular (June 16 to July 20, 2026) $250
Late (July 21 or later, including on-site registration): $300
Students or religious participants:
Early bird (open until June 15, 2026): $100
Regular (June 16 to July 20, 2026) $150
Late (July 21 or later, including on-site registration): $200

Cancellation Policy: IMPORTANT: All registration fees are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the Conference, your registration fees (if applicable) will be designated as a donation to the USCCA; you will receive a Charitable Donation Letter for this purpose for the 2026 tax year.
