Registration and Logistics
The US-China Catholic Association invites clergy, scholars, students, and lay leaders to gather for reflection, dialogue, and friendship as we explore faith, trust, and mission within the Chinese Catholic experience.
​
The 30th International Conference will take place at the University of St. Thomas (UST) in Houston, TX, on July 31–August 2, 2026. The Conference Theme is "Nourishing Trust and Friendship: Following the Way of Christ."

All conference attendees and participants register via the registration form. The pricing structure is as follows:

Standard Registration:
March 10 - April 15: $200 USD.
April 16 - June 30: $250 USD.
July 1 - August 2: $300 USD.
Subsidized Registration for Students and Religious:
March 10 - April 15: $100 USD.
April 16 - June 30: $150 USD.
July 1 - August 2: $200 USD.

Student and Religious Attendance Support:
Students and religious depend on generous sponsors (like you!) to attend the USCCA Conference 30. Each sponsorship of $250 USD allows one student or religious to attend. To make it as easy as possible to support students and religious, we have included the option to contribute directly on the registration form. Donors will receive a Charitable Donation Letter for this gift and will be recognized at the Conference.

Policies and Agreements:
Attendees acknowledge that their name and institutional affiliation will be shared with conference attendees. Phone and email will not be shared.
​
The USCCA will take photographs or video/film of the conference and conference participants. Participants grant the USCCA permission to do so and for the USCCA to use them without payment or any fee or royalties. The USCCA has the unrestricted right to use and/or copyright and/or publish aforementioned photographs or video/film in any media or advertising or for any other lawful purpose. Conference participants waive any ownership or publication right in connection with photographs or video/film taken by USCCA during the 30th International Conference held on July 31- August 2, 2026.

IMPORTANT: Registration and housing fee (if applicable) cancelled on or before July 1, 2026 receive a full refund (less 10% processing fees). Registrations and housing fees cancelled after July 1, 2026 are non-refundable. The registration fee and housing fee (if applicable) will be designated as a donation to the USCCA; you will receive a Charitable Donation Letter for this purpose for the 2026 tax year.

Accommodations: ​
Housing is available in University of St. Thomas dormitories for $50 per room, with a linens fee of $27 per person; you may indicate your desire for housing on the registration form.
