Who is invited to the conference? Do I have to be affiliated with the USCCA?
This conference will provide opportunities for learning and discussion about (a) theology and faith formation in the Chinese context, (b) clergy and church life in China, and (c) social services in China by both religious and lay people in both rural and urban communities. If you are interested in any of these topics, you are welcome to join us! You do not have to be affiliated with the USCCA to attend the conference.

How much does the conference cost?
Registration for the conference opens on March 10, 2026. The cost of registration for the conference depends on the time when you complete registration, with discounts available for current students and religious:

Standard Registration:
March 3 - April 15: $200 USD.
April 16 - June 30: $250 USD.
July 1 - August 2: $300 USD.
Subsidized Registration for Students and Religious:
March 3 - April 15: $100 USD.
April 16 - June 30: $150 USD.
July 1 - August 2: $200 USD.

May I bring friends to the conference?
We encourage you to invite your friends to register as conference attendees. Conference access, on-campus housing, and conference food are reserved for registered conference attendees with the requisite conference badges.​

Is housing available on-site?
Housing is available in University of St. Thomas dormitories for $50 per room, with a linens fee of $27 per person; you may indicate your desire for housing on the registration form.
​
May I reserve a shared room on campus with a specified roommate?
If you would like to share a room, you may do so. Please ensure that one person in your group is designated as the person who will purchase the room via their registration form.​

How do I get the student registration fee discount?
To get the student discount, you must indicate your student status on the registration form, then show your student ID when you pick up your badge upon check-in at the conference registration desk.
