Rev. Michael Agliardo, SJ, Ph.D.

Executive Director

After graduating from Harvard, where he minored in Chinese history, Fr. Agliardo entered the Society of Jesus, the Catholic religious order more commonly known as "the Jesuits." In his early days as a Jesuit, he met Jesuits who worked both in Taiwan and on the Mainland. After he was ordained a priest, Father Agliardo earned an S.T.L. with a thesis comparing Chinese philosopher Du Weiming and Catholic theologian Karl Rahner. He then pursued a doctorate in sociology at the University of California, San Diego, where he studied under noted sociologist and China expert, Richard Madsen. He has taught both sociology and theology at  CUT OFF FOR NOW

Linda Crisostomo

Administrative Assistant

Linda earned her bachelor’s degree from Saint Paul University in Manila, Philippines. After a successful career of many years in the secular corporate world, she responded to the Call to volunteer full-time for three years. That experience then opened the doorway to a ministry in the non-profit sector. Before coming to the USCCA, Linda managed a Catholics retreat center that provided a vital ministry in the Los Angeles area. In order to further her ability to serve, Linda also took graduate theological courses at the General Theological Union in Berkeley, and she completed an Introduction to Spiritual Direction Program at the Mercy Center in Burlingame, California.
