Annual In-Person Board Meeting: Basic Parameters

Background: On January 29, the Board met. The March conference was postponed until we gain further clarity on the evolving coronavirus outbreak. The annual in-person board meeting was scheduled to be held in conjunction with the conference, on Thursday afternoon March 12 and Friday morning March 13. The survey below concerns what to do now that the March conference has been postponed.
