To claim yuour fee waiver, please contact Mr. Xin Chen, USCCA Conference Coordinator (Admin@USCatholicChina.org) and confirm the waiver PRIOR to registering on this page Then use the email address we have on record when you registering and select the "I have prearranged a registration fee waiver" checkbox below. If you encounter a problem, contact Xin Chen.

Should your plans change, the USCCA will work with our hosts, DePaul University to arrange a refund.
July 25 Last day for full refund on registration, meals, lodging. After 7/25, 75% refund available on registration, meals, lodging.
July 30 Last day to receive 75% refund on registration and meals. After 7/30, 50% refund available on registration and meals.
August 2 Last day to receive 50% refund on registration and meals. After 8/2, no refunds available.
